I’ve had this crazy obsession with writing stories, whether they’re fiction or nonfiction. I also seem to have this uncontrollable reaction to almost everything I see: “What’s the history of that?” It happens constantly, and quite frankly, it’s driving me a little bonkers.

So, I finally decided to do something with it and start writing about the things that fascinate me.

My work combines my love of the mystical, my endless curiosity, and my love of getting out and exploring with friends and family—often in my tastefully modded overlanding 4Runner.

What you’ll find from me is a little bit of everything: books about witchcraft and the craft in general, strange and overlooked history, the art of adventuring and actually paying attention to the world around you, and stories that might occasionally leave you questioning what you thought you knew.

More than anything, I want to create things that come from genuine curiosity. I want to explore places, dig into their histories, wonder about the things we can’t always explain, and turn those ideas into books and stories worth sharing.
