Why the New Harry Potter Series?

Stories allowed people to return, but they also allowed someone else to arrive for the first time. That was the part adults often forgot while fiercely protecting the things they had loved when they were young. No generation could demand that the next inherit its sense of wonder exactly as it had received it.
