I’ve visited Salem before, but my first trip focused on the older history—the witch trial sites, Danvers, Salem Village, and the quiet places where the real story began. This October, I’m planning to return and experience another side of Salem: the mysticism, modern witch culture, autumn atmosphere, and strange pull the city seems to have once the days grow shorter.
